GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS
VALIDITY
The placing of the order by the customer implies full acceptance of these general conditions.
DELIVERY TERMS
Any indicated delivery time is purely indicative. Under no circumstances and for no reason is Tecnoter responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by untimely deliveries. Therefore the Customer will in no case be able to make claims for damages or be authorized to cancel the order.
PLACE OF DELIVERY – SHIPPING – RISKS
The goods travel at the Customer’s risk, even if sold carriage paid. Customer is obliged to check goods quantity, quality and condition upon receipt. Any damage or shortcomings must be immediately indicated to the courier and contested in writing on the courier’s delivery form and Tecnoter must be informed within the essential term of 24 hours from goods receipt. In the absence of disputes made as indicated above, the goods will be considered accepted and compliant with order.
PROFORMA INVOICES – OFFERS – PRICES
Proforma invoices and offers are always based on the availability at the time of the offer. Quotations are valid till the validity date indicated in the document itself and, in any case, they are subject to changes according to the variation of raw materials and / or components cost.
RETURNS
Any returns require explicit written authorization from Tecnoter.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By entering into the contract, the customer assumes the responsibility of being aware of all legal limitations and safety regulations relating to the use of the products ordered.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The guarantee, if present, must be explicitly indicated with specific code and description on the sales contract (offer / quote). In the case, warranty conditions are also reported on the same document.
CUSTOMER DATA
Any communication and / or variation must be immediately communicated to Tecnoter. Any cost, penalty and/or responsibility related or due to missing, incorrect or late communication will be full responsibility of the Customer.
